Brand voice
Teach the AI how each website sounds: guidelines, words to avoid and a sample paragraph.
Open Websites → your site → Settings → Brand voice. Everything there is added to every AI draft, section rewrite and selection rewrite for that website.
- Voice guidelines — point of view, sentence style, formatting habits, what to emphasise.
- Words to avoid — the AI is told never to use them, and the editor's Readability checks flag any that appear, including in text you wrote yourself.
- Sample paragraph — a paragraph you like. The AI copies its voice, not its content.
