Terms of Service

1. The service

eWriting.net helps you write, organise, publish and maintain content on websites you own or are authorised to manage (WordPress, Blogger, Joomla). It acts on your websites only through the connections you create, and only within the permissions of the credentials you provide.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. Roles control who may publish; automations and the AI agent act with the permissions of the person who created them.

3. Your websites and content

  • You confirm you have the right to connect each website and to publish the content you publish through the service.
  • You keep all rights in your content. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and send it to your websites and to our service providers to provide the service.
  • AI-generated text and images can be wrong or resemble existing material. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, especially facts, claims and anything legal, medical or financial. The service flags claims to check, but cannot guarantee accuracy.
  • You must not use the service for spam, deceptive content, content that infringes others' rights, or anything unlawful.

4. What we do and do not promise

We verify changes against your website and report what actually happened, but websites, plugins and third-party APIs can change or fail. We are not responsible for content you approve or for limits of the platforms you connect. Keep your own backups of your websites.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & usage; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Usage limits for each plan are shown on the pricing page and enforced by the service; we do not charge for usage beyond your plan. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced to account owners by email before they take effect.
