What needs you now, your schedule in your own calendar app, and a duplicate check before publishing.
Needs your attention
The Overview lists what is waiting for you: websites that are down, failed or uncertain website changes, approvals, client requests, overdue assignments, proposed updates ready to review, failed AI drafts and SSL certificates about to expire. You only see what you can act on, for the websites you have access to.
Calendar feed
On Calendar, choose Subscribe in your calendar app and add the link in Google Calendar (Other calendars → From URL), Outlook or Apple Calendar. It shows scheduled posts and articles due for you, updated about every hour. Treat the link like a password; create a new one to stop the old link.
Originality on your site
In an article, Check compares its text with the pages on its website and your other articles, and shows how much of it already exists elsewhere. It does not search the rest of the web.
Word documents
Articles → Import / export accepts .docx files (from Word, or Google Docs → Download → Microsoft Word). The first Heading 1 becomes the title; headings, lists, tables, links and bold or italic text are kept, and images go to the media library with their alt text.
