Client reports
Share a read-only report page with what was published, site health and search results.
In Analytics → Client reports, give the report a title, choose a website (or all) and a period, and create a link. Anyone with the link can view the report without an account; it can be saved as a PDF from the page.
Every number is counted from records: operations verified on the website, completed SEO audits, link checks and imported Search Console data. Sections without data say so instead of showing zeros as results.
The link is shown once. Turn it off at any time; it then shows “not found”. Editors, admins and owners can create and turn off links.
Choose Also email it to send the link and its headline numbers every week or month to up to five people. Use Send now for an extra copy and Stop emails to end the schedule while keeping the link.
