Client review links and branding
Let a client read a draft, comment and approve it — no account needed — under your agency's name.
In an article, open Client review and create a link. Send it to your client. On that page they can read the article, comment, and choose Approve or Request changes.
- You are notified of every comment and decision. Replies you write in the review box are shown to the client; the team's normal comments stay internal.
- A decision is recorded against the version the client saw. If you edit the article afterwards, both you and the client see that it changed since their decision.
- The client's approval does not publish or approve anything by itself: a team member with that permission decides.
- Images are shown through the link only; turning the link off makes the page and its images unavailable.
Branding
In Settings → Workspace & team → Client branding, set the name, accent colour and logo clients see on review pages and shared reports. Upload the logo in Media first.
