Grade, schedule, fix links and add images faster

Compare a draft with Google's top pages, schedule a series, fix broken links and add featured images in bulk.

Content grade

In an article with a target keyword, Content grade vs. Google top results reads the pages ranking today and lists the topics most of them share, how often you use each (yours/typical for your length), their typical length and their headings. The score combines topic coverage and length. It uses 1 keyword lookup, counts words in the pages themselves (no AI guessing) and skips pages it cannot read, and your own website.

Before you publish

An article's Publishing box lists what to look at first: website, title, length, SEO title and description, featured image, image alt text, keyword in the title, category, brand words, facts flagged by the AI (mark them checked once verified), links already known to be broken, open comments and a client's change request. Only a missing website blocks publishing; the rest are reminders.

Move a scheduled article

On the Calendar, drag a scheduled article to another day. The time stays the same; the old schedule is cancelled first, so it can never go out twice.

Copy to another website

In an article's Translations box, Make a copy creates an independent copy for another website, with categories and tags matched by name there. The same text on two websites competes in Google, so rewrite one of them.

Schedule a series

Select articles in Articles and choose Schedule series: the first goes out at the date and time you pick, then one every day, every few days or every week, in the order shown. Each is scheduled on its own website and approval rules apply.

Fix broken links

In Internal links → Link problems, use Fix… on a confirmed broken link to remove it (keeping its text) or point it to a new address. The post is updated on the website through the publishing engine, which checks for edits made there first and verifies the result.

Featured images in bulk

Select up to 20 articles and choose Featured images. Each article without one gets an AI illustration of its subject (no text, logos or real people), with the title as alt text. An image you choose yourself is never replaced.

Trash

Deleted articles go to Articles → Trash for 30 days, with their revisions and comments. Restore puts them back exactly as they were.

Install the app

On a phone, use your browser's Add to Home Screen; on a computer, the install icon in Chrome or Edge's address bar. eWriting.net then opens in its own window.
