Publishing, approvals and scheduling
How drafts, approvals, scheduling and verification work.
Each website has a publishing rule (Settings):
- Drafts only from AI and automations — people can publish; the agent and automations can only create drafts or request approval.
- Publish after approval — an article must be approved before it goes live.
- Automatic publishing — the agent and automations may publish articles that pass quality rules (length, SEO fields, no unapproved new terms).
Everything sent to a website appears in Publishing with its result. Verified means every field was read back from your site and matched. Done with limits means the main change worked but something optional (an SEO field, a new tag) could not be saved or confirmed — the details say what.
Scheduling uses your CMS's own scheduler (WordPress, Blogger, Joomla all support it). The calendar shows which posts are scheduled in the CMS and which by eWriting.net.
